Course
The course is USATF certified and begins on 5th Avenue South and returns to Cambier Park (map provided with race packet). Mile markers each mile; water and sports drink at 7 stops, turns marked, out and back course - flat and fast. Pursuant to USATF rules,
no in-line skates, baby joggers or strollers, or bicycle support allowed on course. Time limit of
3 hours due to course closure restrictions.
